Where we work
Pool construction across the Dallas area
From Preston Hollow to Prosper, and from Southlake to Rockwall. Every city below permits pools a little differently, and we handle each one.
Preston Hollow
City of DallasEstate lots with mature trees and room for a full pool, spa and outdoor kitchen. Tree protection and access through the side yard are the first things we plan.
Highland Park
Town of Highland ParkTight lots, strict setbacks, and the Town runs its own inspections. Plunge pools, lap pools and glass-tile remodels fit these yards well.
University Park
City of University ParkEstablished homes with 1990s pools due for pebble, new coping and equipment. The City has its own barrier and drainage review.
Lakewood
City of DallasHistoric lots near White Rock Lake with a high water table in places. We check hydrostatic conditions before any drain or dig.
North Dallas
City of DallasFlat lots, good access, and a lot of first-time pool owners. Play pools with Baja shelves and bubblers are the most requested build.
Plano
City of PlanoWest Plano and Willow Bend remodels, new builds in the newer sections. Plano reviews drainage closely, so decks are pitched and drained on the plan.
Frisco
City of FriscoNew construction on limestone. Rock excavation is priced up front, and most neighborhoods need HOA architectural review before the City will take the permit.
McKinney
City of McKinneyStonebridge Ranch, Craig Ranch and the historic district. Larger lots east of 75 and strict HOA guidelines west of it.
Allen
City of AllenFamily neighborhoods in Twin Creeks and Watters Creek. Straightforward digs, good equipment access, play pools and spas.
Prosper
Town of ProsperAcre-plus lots in Windsong Ranch and Star Trail. Room for a resort-style pool with a spa, sun shelf and a long travertine deck.
Southlake
City of SouthlakeEstate lots and view-oriented backyards. Infinity edges, raised beams and full outdoor living packages, with HOA design review from the start.
Flower Mound
Town of Flower MoundHillside and limestone lots toward Grapevine Lake. Retaining walls, slope engineering and rock excavation are priced from the site visit.
Richardson
City of RichardsonCanyon Creek and Prairie Creek remodels and resurfacing. Many pools here are due for pebble and a variable-speed pump.
Rockwall
City of RockwallLake-view lots on rock. Raised spas, fire features and decks that face the water.
Colleyville
City of ColleyvilleLarge wooded lots in Tarrant County. Tree protection, long equipment runs, and room for a full pool and spa.
